Shipping policy

At The Old Lolly Shop, we do our best to get your order packed, posted, and on its way as quickly as possible. Below you'll find all the key info about our shipping options, timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate

  • Express Shipping: $15 flat rate

  • FREE Shipping: Orders over $100 (standard shipping only)

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (metro areas; regional may take longer)

Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping partners. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel online via the courier's website.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

We take care packing every order—but if something goes wrong:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customer@theoldlollyshop.com.au with your order number and clear photos.

  • Lost or delayed packages: First, check your tracking number and contact the courier directly. If you still need help, reach out and we’ll do what we can.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our hands, but we're always here to assist.

Changes & Address Errors

Once an order is processed, we are generally unable to make changes.

If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at customer@theoldlollyshop.com.au. We’ll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
